The pole and ribs are made from rust resistant powder-coated aluminum while the fittings are stainless steel.

Solar operated LED light bars are located along each of the umbrellas 8 ribs. When fully charged, the solar lights will run up to 8-10 hours. To turn on simply use the buttons located on the umbrella pole.

The solar panel is located on top of the umbrella that is charged via direct sunlight during daylight hours.
