One day in 1986,an 7-year-old boy, came home from school, he found his grandfather with a gray beard using his dexterous fingers to twist silk cloth and wire into life-like roses. He squatted in front of his grandfather and watched for two full hours, and from then on he became inseparable from silk flowers.
